… and stop spending your Saturdays alone scrolling through Instagram, feeling jealous of everyone else.
- Do you crave friendships that go beyond surface-level interactions?
- Do you want a community of people to do life with?
- Shoot… at this point, you’d settle with just one friend who really gets you, right?
Making friends as an adult is no joke. It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack, but the needle is a fellow adult who has compatible interests, matching free time, and the same tolerance for small talk.
Are you dying to uncover strategies for building meaningful friendships?
Through Christian life coaching for relationship wellness, we’ll work one-on-one to get you some friends!
Here’s the game plan: Together, we’ll identify your social strengths and areas for improvement, set realistic expectations for new relationships, and develop a personal action plan to help you meet new people and build meaningful relationships based on biblical principles so your friendships aren’t just fun but fulfilling too.
You’ll finally have a friend (or two) to do life with so that you no longer have to live lonely but can experience the vibrancy of life that’s available when people are a part of it.
Christian Dating Coach To Get You Happily Married
Date with Intention
… and stop giving guys a chance when you know full well they don’t align with your desires for a husband.
- Do you desire a Christ-centered, loving marriage but haven’t found the guy?
- Do you want to date well, honor God, stop getting your heart broken, but sometimes it feels downright impossible?
- You’re ready for a real relationship, but you’re as single as a pringle.
Between guys who are just looking for something casual to overcommitting to someone who isn’t a Christian, you’ve got your fair share of dating experiences under your belt that you’d like to never encounter again. You want to be married, but your lack of dating success has you questioning yourself, your standards, and maybe even God.
Are you ready to meet, date, and marry your forever person?
As your Christian dating coach, I will help you reconnect with God (and yourself) to position yourself to date well.
Here’s the game plan: Together, we’ll uncover God’s perfect design for marriage and dating so you can identify what you truly want in a partner and stop compromising. We’ll discard any old dating habits that are not serving you and replace them with new, empowering ones that align with your values and goals.
You’ll stop wasting time, energy, and money on men who aren’t “it” and learn to date with intention so that you can find your forever person without dating dozens of people first.
Faith-Based Life Coaching To Go Deeper with God
Get Right with God
… and stop seeking validation in places that don’t fulfill your soul by investing more time in your relationship with Him.
- Do you struggle to build intimacy with God?
- Do you feel lost and disconnected, stuck in a cycle of seeking approval and validation from external sources––be it social media, work, or even approval from peers?
- These things are temporary, and they leave you feeling empty and unfulfilled.
This constant chase for external validation can lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration, and even despair. It’s like trying to fill a void with things that can never truly satisfy you. It’s exhausting, it’s disheartening, and it’s taking a toll on your overall relational well-being.
Are you ready to finally experience a life-changing relationship with God?
Through faith-based life coaching, you’ll learn how to become consistent in your daily pursuit of intimacy with God.
Here’s the game plan: Together, we’ll unpack the truths in the Bible and apply them to your everyday life. We’ll set goals that align with your spiritual journey, help you maximize your potential, and step more fully into the God-given calling you have.
You’ll learn how much God loves and desires you, propelling you into an active, life-giving relationship with Him.
Christian Life Coach To Step Into Your Purpose
Build Self-Compassion
… and stop hating who God created you to be by uncovering your uniqueness and diving headfirst into your purpose.
- Do you feel worthless at times–like you’re just not good enough, no matter how hard you try?
- Do you feel like you’re constantly falling short of expectations–your own and God’s?
- You find yourself stuck in a cycle of self-criticism and negativity, unable to see your own value and worth.
This constant comparison and self-criticism is a destructive cycle that can lead to anxiety, depression, and a lack of fulfillment in your life. It’s like being trapped in a cage of your own making, unable to see your worth and potential.
Are you ready to fix your relationship with yourself so you can make a bigger impact on those around you?
As your Christian life coach, we’ll work together to dive headfirst into your purpose by acknowledging and appreciating who God created you to be.
Here’s the game plan: Together, we’ll go on a journey to help you transform your relationship with yourself and step into a more fulfilling, purpose-driven life where you approach challenges with confidence because your identity is rooted in God’s truth.
You’ll improve your mental well-being, which will improve your relational well-being, helping you to become the woman (wife, friend, mother, girlfriend, co-worker, you name it) that you’ve always wanted to be.
Christian Life Coaching To Walk Through Your Grief in Faith
Grieve with God
… and discover how to connect to the ultimate Source of comfort and hope while navigating the loss of a loved one.
- Do you find yourself questioning God’s goodness because He let your loved one die?
- Do you feel alone in your grief, like nobody understands what you’re going through?
- You find yourself dreading happy moments because the person you love isn’t there.
It’s understandable to feel angry at God and confused about His will for your life after losing someone close to you. It is, without a doubt, a challenging experience to walk through, but you’re never alone.
Are you ready to grieve with hope and grow with God through your grief?
Through faith-based life coaching, you’ll learn how to use this experience to deepen your faith and transform your pain into a path for purpose and resilience.
Here’s the game plan: Together, we’ll unpack all of the thoughts, feelings, and struggles that happen when you lose someone you love. We’ll explore how to repair and strengthen your relationship with God in the midst of your grief, anger, and confusion so you can grieve with hope.
You’ll begin to see the only true light at the end of the tunnel: God’s presence and love in the midst of terrible things.
Why Relationship Wellness?
Because God’s Perfect Design for People is Togetherness
… but so many of us struggle with feelings of isolation, misunderstanding, and disconnection.
We yearn for genuine connection but often find ourselves lost in a sea of superficial relationships — with God, ourselves, and everyone else. By prioritizing relational wellness, we align ourselves with God’s perfect design and open our lives to the richness of community.
It’s not easy. I know because I’ve lived the struggle of…
- trying to make friends as an adult.
- dating guys who weren’t right for me.
- questioning God’s will and purpose for my life.
- my mom dying when I was 24 and my dad dying 3 years later.
But now, I’ve got it all figured out.
Just kidding.
When it comes to building meaningful relationships, there is always more to learn.
But I’ve come a long way.
- I’m married to a man who loves me and seeks the Lord wholeheartedly.
- I’ve learned to put myself out there to form new friendships.
- I’ve accepted you can’t change people but can learn to love them where they are.
- I’m realizing that building intimacy with God is a daily journey that doesn’t always look glorious but is always the right decision.
And now, I want to help you in any area you want to grow in your relationship wellness… with God, yourself, or everyone else.
How Does Faith-Based Life Coaching Work?
Your Relational Wellness Journey is Uniquely Yours
… and here’s how I support you on it.
Coaching Calls
Coaching calls last an hour and are designed to go deeper into the topics most important to you. On the call, you’ll have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and hear faith-based advice on how to improve your relationships. I will offer questions to help you think differently and gain a new perspective on the topics at hand. You’ll leave the call with practical steps to implement to help you grow in your relationships.
Relationship Homework
Don’t worry — this isn’t your typical homework, and you won’t be graded. However, you’ll experience lasting change when you put everything we talk about into practice. Whether it’s a worksheet to complete or an article to read or a sermon to listen to, I’ll offer resources to help you get even more out of the experience.
Community
You’ll have the opportunity to join The Well community to go even deeper into your relational wellness journey with others who are learning how to build meaningful relationships too! This is a great way to put what you learn into practice.
