A poem. . . . When creativity dissipates And you don’t have much to say Don’t force the words Let silence linger Rest your heart for the day Rest your heart for the day . . . Photo by rawpixel.com from Pexels
Those things you’re ashamed of? Those mistakes you’ve made? Those embarrassing moments? We all have them, and they aren’t meaningless. Well, they can be, but I want to encourage you to take the bad and ugly things in your life and turn them around and use them for good. Doesn’t seem possible? I get that.
Empathy is a great thing to exude in every type of relationship. And here’s why:
What if your belief that “good things are in my future” is keeping you from seeing them now?
Because you’re human, when it starts to rain hard times, sad situations, struggles and suffering, there is a chance your answer to “why me?” falls under one of these three umbrellas.
Even when it doesn’t feel like it, the truth is, we serve an immediate God; he will not delay.
When you ask God for big things, don’t be surprised when it takes big courage to do them.
